Gasgano User Preferences

Preferences are stored in a file called .gasganorc located in the home directory of the user. The preferences file is in ASCII format and can be easily edited with a text editor, should the need arise. The Preferences panel is called from the File menu on the Menu bar.

If no preference file is found, standard default values are taken and used to create a new .gasganorc file.

When clicking on the OK button in the preferences panel all new settings will be accepted and written on the preferences file. Clicking Cancel will restore previous values. Notice that accepting the preferences might trigger a re-scanning of all directories in memory, or require unloading of all files in memory. Certain settings require that the application be re-started. If this is required, you will be notified when OK is pressed.
